Returns Operative

We are recruiting a Returns Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is physically fit and enjoys a mix of hands-on work and admin.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing returns from delivery drivers at the end of their shift

  • Logging and checking paperwork accurately

  • Sorting returned items for re-delivery or return to manufacturers

  • Handling large items, including white goods

  • Supporting with general warehouse tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

  • Excellent attention to detail with paperwork and stock

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

What’s on offer:

  • £14.50 per hour (all hours paid)

  • Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Weekly pay

  • Ongoing, stable work in a friendly and supportive team
