Insight Employment are currently recruiting for a Returns Warehouse Operative with Reach Truck experience to join our clients busy and growing warehouse team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hardworking individual who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Processing customer returns efficiently and accurately.
• Inspecting returned products and determining their condition.
• Updating stock records and inventory systems.
• Re-labelling, repackaging and preparing stock for resale where required.
• Operating a Reach Truck to move stock safely throughout the warehouse.
• Carrying out stock control and inventory checks.
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Supporting other warehouse functions as required.

Requirements: -

• Valid Reach Truck licence/certificate.
• Previous warehouse and goods returns experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for stock and returns processing.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
