BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) - Manchester (Hybrid) - up to £45k

Our Client is a  well-established building services consultancy has a strong presence in Manchester, with a team of 40+ MEP engineers supported by a dedicated Revit/BIM function. They have built an excellent reputation across the UK, particularly within the healthcare sector, where they consistently deliver complex, high-quality projects. Known for their collaborative and structured approach, they offer a supportive environment where technicians and engineers work closely together, making it an ideal setting for someone looking to develop their skills and be part of a highly experienced design team. They are looking to recruit a currently looking to a BIM / Revit Technician to support a strong team of 40+ MEP engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and develop coordinated 3D MEP models using Revit
• Work closely with engineers to deliver detailed design drawings
• Assist with clash detection and model coordination across disciplines
• Maintain BIM standards and project documentation
• Support project delivery from concept through to construction

Requirements:

• Experience using Revit within a building services / MEP environment (3y min)
• Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team
• Good communication and attention to detail
