Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow or Leeds (Hybrid/Remote)
Rate: £35-£45 per hour
Contract Length: 3-6 months


Are you an experienced Revit Technician or Senior Technician looking for your next contract opportunity?

We're looking to speak with experienced technical professionals to support a busy and growing workload on an upcoming project. There is an immediate requirement for at least one contractor, with the potential for a second appointment depending on project demand.

This is a good opportunity to join a collaborative technical environment where you will provide additional resource across detailed design and technical delivery. Strong Revit capability is essential, with 3D experience highly desirable.

The role will operate on a hybrid or remote basis, with some office presence preferred to support collaboration and interaction with the wider team. The position can be based from Edinburgh, Glasgow or Leeds.


Key Responsibilities

·Produce and develop technical drawings and models using Revit.
·Support the delivery of detailed design information across project workstreams.
·Develop and coordinate 3D models and technical documentation.
·Work closely with engineers and other technical disciplines to ensure coordinated project delivery.
·Provide technical input and support throughout the design process.
·Maintain drawing and model quality in line with project standards and requirements.
·Support project teams with revisions, updates and technical changes as required.

About You

·Experienced Revit Technician or Senior Technician.
·Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential.
·Good 3D modelling capability.
·Strong technical understanding and ability to work with minimal supervision.
·Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering or infrastructure environments.
·CAD RC experience would be highly advantageous.
·Able to work collaboratively within a technical project team.
