Rewards and Benefits Manager
Brellis Recruitment
Reward & Benefits Manager
Location: Remote, UK or Ireland (office attendance roughly once a month or quarterly, depending on location)
Salary: Up to £70,000 (potential negotiation) plus annual bonus
Type: Full time, Permanent
The Company
Our client is a fast growing, PE backed B2B SaaS business with around 400 employees across Ireland, the UK and India. They build software that helps accountants, payroll bureaus and businesses run smarter and win more, and they're genuinely investing in their people function as they scale. This is a business that takes AI adoption seriously, with an active AI Champions Network and a CPO who expects the team to use the tools available to them.
The Role
This is a newly created role, and it's a chance to build something rather than maintain what's already there. You'll own reward and reporting end to end, working closely with the CPO, the Head of People Operations, and Finance. You'll be the person people trust when they've got a question about pay or benefits, and the one who brings structure and rigour to a function that's becoming a genuine strategic priority.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the annual pay review cycle, from merit models through to RemCom materials and manager guidance
- Owning compensation benchmarking across Ireland, the UK and India, keeping on top of how pay legislation differs across each
- Leading EU Pay Transparency compliance, working alongside the CPO and Legal
- Conducting pay equity analysis and flagging gaps for remediation
- Owning benefits administration and the annual benefits review across all jurisdictions
- Building and maintaining reporting on pay, benefits, headcount and turnover for the CPO, ELT and RemCom
- Acting as the People side liaison into Finance and payroll
What We're Looking For
- Hands on experience in a dedicated reward, compensation or total reward role, not just as part of a wider generalist HR remit
- UK and Irish payroll and benefits/rewards experience
- Proven compensation benchmarking experience and involvement in salary surveys
- Working knowledge of EU Pay Transparency requirements
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills, comfortable building models and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- Experience working with an HRIS, ideally HiBob, though transferable systems experience is fine
- RemCom prep or presentation experience is a bonus, not essential
