Hours: Monday to Friday

Shifts: 06.00am - 3.00pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for rework Operative to join a busy production environment based in LS11, Leeds.

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and enjoy working as part of a production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a busy production line
• Manual handling of materials and products
• Following production processes and procedures
• Ensuring products meet required quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Following all health and safety requirements

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be reliable, punctual and committed to good attendance
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Have a good work ethic and positive attitude
• Be able to follow instructions and production procedures
• Be flexible regarding shift patterns
• Have previous manufacturing or production experience (desirable but not essential)
