Risk Analyst in London, Greater London

An established international insurance group is looking to recruit a Risk Analyst to join its London-based Risk Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading specialty insurance business, supporting the ongoing development and effectiveness of its Risk Management Framework, with exposure to senior management and Board-level reporting.

The role will involve supporting quarterly risk and control assessments, preparing risk reports and ORSA documentation, undertaking root-cause analysis and thematic reviews, contributing to stress and scenario testing, and supporting emerging risk reviews and horizon scanning. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing second-line risk support and helping to embed effective risk management practices.

The successful candidate will have at least two years' experience in insurance risk management, ideally within the London Market or Lloyd's, alongside a good understanding of risk frameworks, risk appetite, KRIs, controls and ORSA. Experience preparing reports for senior management or Board Committees is essential, as are strong analytical, communication and organisational skills. Exposure to scenario testing and risk management systems such as Decision Focus would be advantageous.
