Resident Liaison Officer (Temp – Long-Term Option) – Hull Hull Temp to Perm Opportunity Immediate Start Available£19.50 per hour Umbrella PAYE We are looking for a professional and personable Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy social housing refurbishment team in Hull. This is a temporary role with a genuine long-term option for the right candidate, offering stability and the chance to build lasting relationships within the community.What You'll Be Doing•  Acting as the primary point of contact for residents throughout planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes•  Conducting initial home surveys, pre-start meetings, and maintaining regular communication with tenants•  Managing resident expectations, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints promptly and sensitively•  Coordinating access arrangements and scheduling works around residents' needs•  Producing accurate records, reports, and updates for the client and project team•  Supporting vulnerable residents and working closely with support services where required•  Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and customer service standardsWhat We're Looking For•  Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing, construction, or maintenance environments•  Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with a customer-first approach•  Ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism•  Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across multiple sites•  Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle•  Local knowledge of Hull and surrounding areas is advantageousApply NowIf you are an experienced RLO looking for a long-term opportunity in Hull, send your CV today.
