Role: Road Freight Operator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £35,000

Are you an experienced Road Freight Operator looking to join a growing and supportive logistics business? This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic team handling a varied and fast-paced European road freight operation.

We are currently recruiting for a Road Freight Forwarder to join our clients team, to manage and coordinate shipments across groupage, part loads, and full load movements, ensuring a high level of service and operational efficiency.

• Manage end-to-end road freight shipments across Europe
• Handle groupage, part load, and full load consignments
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Provide accurate quotations and pricing support
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
• Customs - full process

• Previous experience in road freight forwarding is essential
• Strong knowledge of groupage, part loads, and full loads
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
