Roofers Required - New Build Housing Site - Leamington Spa - Immediate Start
We are currently looking for experienced Roofers to join a busy new build residential development in Leamington Spa.
Location: Leamington Spa
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-Time 7:30am-16:30pm
Duration: Ongoing Work Available
The Role
Working on a new build housing site, duties will include:
- Installing roof coverings and roofing systems
- Tile and slate roofing work
- Fitting battens, underlay, and associated roofing components
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
- Working closely with site management and other trades
Requirements
- Previous roofing experience on residential construction projects
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Own tools and PPE
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials
- Ability to work at height safely and efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
