We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a busy and growing Responsive Repairs Team covering the Perranporth area.

This is a permanent position offering long-term job security, a company van, and the opportunity to work with a well-established organisation delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Typical duties will include:

• General roofing repairs and maintenance.
• Replacing damaged tiles and slates.
• Repairing roof leaks and weather-related damage.
• Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs.
• Inspecting roofs and identifying repair requirements.
• Delivering excellent customer service when working within occupied properties.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the roofing industry.
• Experience carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works.
• NVQ in Roofing desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
