This role will help us to do this by providing a professional roofing service that delivers an excellent customer experience, adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- Undertaking roofing work and associated multitasking activities in customers’ homes and empty homes
- Installing skylights
- Inspecting damages and estimate costs of labour, plant and materials
- Repair or replace broken materials (Slate, tile or flat roofing components)
- Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers.
- Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers’ homes.
We need people who are
- City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
- Experience of undertaking roofing work and/or within a similar role
- Experience of working out areas and quantities
- Sound building and construction knowledge
- General building maintenance repair knowledge
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check before appointment and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
