We’re looking for an experienced Roofer to join a long-term social housing contract in Wolverhampton, working on re-roofing, large repairs and general maintenance across local homes.

You’ll need solid experience as a Roofer, be confident carrying out roofing repairs and re-roofing works, and be comfortable speaking with tenants while working in occupied properties. 

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Roofer
  • Experience with re-roofing and large roofing repairs
  • Social housing experience is ideal
  • Good communication skills with tenants
  • Own van and tools
  • Valid CSCS card
