We are seeking a committed and inspiring Room Leader to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional early years education and ensuring our nursery is a vibrant, caring and enriching place for every child.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified early years professional who leads by example, builds strong relationships with families, and thrives as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

What You Will Bring

• Early Years Level 3 qualification (or above)
• Experience leading or mentoring within a nursery room setting
• A warm, positive and proactive approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A clear commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion
