Room Leader Required in Islington

We are currently looking for a level 3 or above Early Years Room Leader for a wonderful nursery based in London.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday. Their Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery

What you will be asked to do:

• Responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own room encouraging good practice and being a good role model
• Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus
• Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room
• Responsibility for supporting your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones and observations to the highest standards
• Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
• Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
