My client is a highly respected rural property consultancy with a strong presence across the South. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Director or Senior Associate Director to join their Estate Management team, based from their Salisbury office.

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced rural professional with strong technical, commercial, client relationship and business development skills.

📍 Location: Wiltshire

You'll play a key role in growing the Estate Management service across Wiltshire, Dorset and North Somerset, working with established clients while developing new opportunities.

The role combines strategic estate management, client advisory work, business development and team leadership, with the opportunity to become a recognised adviser within the regional rural property market.

✔ Extensive experience in estate management, rural consultancy or a related discipline
✔ Strong technical and commercial knowledge
✔ Proven experience advising rural estates, landowners and businesses
✔ Strong business development and client relationship skills
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Experience leading and developing teams
✔ MRICS or equivalent professional qualification
✔ Proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially focused
✔ Confident representing the business within the rural property market
✔ Strategic thinker with a practical, client-focused approach
