You'll bring:
- Proven success in a target-driven sales or account management role.
- Ideally, experience within training, education, private education or work-based learning.
- A consultative approach - you know how to ask the right questions and match solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial confidence and the ability to handle objections and negotiate.
- A track record of working to KPIs, deadlines and revenue targets.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot.
- Energy, resilience and a genuine drive to succeed.
- A confident, professional and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your own results.
