  Are you an organised, customer-focused administrator looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly manufacturing business, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting the sales process from order to delivery.

  
  
  The Role
  
  

  As the first point of contact for many customers, you'll be responsible for managing sales orders, responding to enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll also support invoicing, credit control activities, and customer account administration using Sage 200.

  
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  
  • Process and validate customer orders using Sage 200
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Monitor order progress and communicate updates
  • Handle returns, credit notes and customer queries
  • Create new customer accounts and issue sales invoices
  • Support credit control and customer payment processing
  • Liaise with sales, dispatch teams and couriers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and filing systems
  
  
  About You
  
  
  • Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Sage 200 (preferred)
  • Accurate, methodical and able to prioritise workloads
  • A positive team player with a flexible approach
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
