About the Role

We are working with a growing and successful business based in Winsford that is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to join its team. This is a newly created role, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a developing organisation and make a real impact within a busy commercial function.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the commercial team, ensuring processes are followed, documentation is managed accurately, and customers receive a high level of service.

This position would suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and supporting multiple business functions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior members of the commercial team.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is processed and distributed correctly.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, providing updates and responding to enquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is communicated effectively and actions are completed on time.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and provide general assistance where required.
  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings for key stakeholders.
  • Process customer orders and maintain associated records.
  • Ensure company procedures and processes are followed consistently.
  • Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.






Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, commercial support or customer service role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy and evolving environment.


Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £25,000 + per annum (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am to 3:30pm (early finish on a Friday)
  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
