Sales Administrator in North Weald, Essex

Sales / Coordinator / Administrator £32k - £35k  Fully Office based role CM16

Sales Admin person required for a busy office based in Essex, Well established and 

expanding sales company in the Heating and Energy sector, Boilers, Heat pumps, Solar panels and Air Conditioning. 

The successful Candidate with be taking calls and emails, Dealing with Customers 

needs and organising after the sales process is done, Sending out well come packs 

and customers warranty information. 

Leasing with the sales team and some times the engineers and dealing with aftersales queries and supporting the customer through the sales process and install. 

The Successful Candidate would need to be computer illiterate, Good understanding of word and excel !

• Providing a day-to-day co-ordination and administration service
• Setting up client accounts
• Speaking to suppliers and dealing with support cases
• Taking calls, submitting orders
• Preparing sales order forms and sending to client
• Provide customer support throughout the order process, either by call or 
• email
• Filtering calls and dealing with any queries
• Email correspondence to client

    Skills & Experiences

• Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support role, ideally within the Heating and Energy sector
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with exemplary attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Technically competent, particularly with MS Office suite
• Able to develop and document procedures and systems
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
