Sales Administrator in Fenny Stratford, Milton Keynes

Sales Administrator – Fully remote (WFH).  I am recruiting on behalf of my client, an established supplier of healthcare digital and imaging equipment, for a capable Internal Sales Administrator to join its UK operation.  The position has come about due to an internal promotion.

This is a varied, fully remote position at the centre of a busy commercial team, coordinating orders, customers and internal departments from initial enquiry through to delivery and installation. It is an excellent opportunity for an organised, approachable people-person who enjoys building relationships, keeping multiple activities moving and making sure customers receive a responsive, professional service.

Sales Administrator – the role:

Coordinate sales orders for healthcare digital equipment, from quotation and order entry through to delivery, invoicing and installation handover.

Act as a key link between customers and colleagues across sales, operations, contracts and installation teams.

Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up payments and keep customers informed throughout the process.

Provide cover support for: equipment contracts, returns – RMA, warranty matters and installation-related administration.

Maintain accurate records across CRM and ERP systems and help keep shared sales and customer service channels running smoothly.

Spot potential issues or additional customer needs early and ensure they reach the right person.

Sales Administrator – the person:

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or a similarly busy coordination role.

A confident communicator and genuine people-person, comfortable liaising with customers and colleagues across several departments.

Strong organisation, accuracy and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing priorities remotely.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience using CRM or ERP systems; Salesforce or SAP exposure would be useful.

Advantageous:  experience with healthcare technology, imaging equipment, customer contracts, warranties or installation support.

Location: 100% remote, working from home. The company will provide the secure systems equipment. Some occasional UK travel may be required for sales meetings, trade shows and events.

Salary: To £32,000 basic (potentially neg. for the right person), + £1,500 bonus available, + range of benefits.
