Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a successful and growing business who are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to join their team in Wetherby.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in sales administration, customer service or order processing who enjoys working in a busy environment and wants to develop their career within a successful organisation.

The role will involve supporting customers throughout the sales and order process, managing enquiries, coordinating orders and working closely with internal teams and couriers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing updates

• Respond to queries relating to orders, deliveries, products and services

• Liaise with couriers and internal teams to resolve issues and delays

• Monitor orders and ensure customers are kept updated throughout the process

• Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM system

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of service

• Provide general sales administration and support to the wider team

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar role

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A confident and professional telephone manner

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment

• A positive, proactive and flexible approach

• Previous CRM experience would be advantageous, although not essential
