We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our reputable client who is based in Irlam.

Role Details:

  • Position Title: Sales Administrator / Order Processor
  • Location: Irlam
  • Hours: Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm – fully office based
  • Salary: upto £32,000

Purpose of the role:

  • Supporting the team with processing of orders.
  • Purchasing of requested material for client jobs.
  • Raising clients’ concerns and needs to the account managers the senior management team.
  • Answering the phone and dealing with client queries
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Work alongside the production team to ensure client orders are processed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.
  • Managing timelines and deadlines your customers need to meet to ensure production milestones are achieved
  • Accountability of your own workload and supporting the team to cover annual leave.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to take own initiative.
  • Team player and willing to offer support when required.
