Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring customer orders and enquiries are managed efficiently.
- Support the maintenance of customer order reports, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems while liaising with internal dements to provide accurate updates.
- Assist with processing quotations, orders, and invoices when required, helping to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ensure company procedures are followed at all times.
Essential:
- Previous experience within an administrative role. Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Engineering/manufacturing environment experience
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with a systematic approach to record management and filing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as of a team.
