Sales Administrator

Recruit4staff are representing an established precision engineering and manufacturing business in their search for a Sales Administrator to work in Deeside

Job Details:

• Pay: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
• Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:30; Friday, 08:00 - 15:30 (flexibility required given the nature of the role)
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Standard pension and 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays

Job Role: As the Sales Administrator, you will act as the main day-to-day contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing orders and maintaining accurate customer and pricing information within Salesforce. You will resolve queries, complaints, shortages and delivery discrepancies while supporting account management activities and identifying opportunities to improve customer service. The Sales Administrator will also work closely with the finance team to maintain sales dashboards, produce reports and provide customers with regular updates.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience within a similar Sales Administrator or customer support role
• Customer-focused and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of enquiries through to resolution
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
• Flexible approach to working hours, as occasional out-of-hours support may be required for customers operating across different time zones

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous Salesforce experience would be advantageous for the Sales Administrator
• Calm under pressure with the ability to remain professional when handling urgent requests or customer concerns
• Reliable and organised, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion
• Team-oriented with a flexible approach to supporting colleagues and wider business requirements

Commutable From: Deeside, Flint, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Wrexham, Wirral and Birkenhead
