Sales Administrator

Location: Theale, Berkshire (close to Theale Train Station)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, office-based

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy team based in Theale. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator with experience in sales support, order processing or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately.
  • Coordinate deliveries from Europe to the UK and onwards to customers.
  • Liaise with a third-party fulfilment partner and internal teams.
  • Keep customers updated on order progress, stock levels and lead times.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and support the sales team.
  • Provide cover for the Internal Sales Manager when required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous sales administration, order processing or customer service experience.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Salesforce and ERP or order management systems.
