Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers while achieving sales targets? Do you have experience working in a call centre, customer service, telesales, or regulated sales environment?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Advisor to join a market-leading organisation

Working within a supportive and high-performing team, you'll engage with customers, explain product options clearly and professionally, and help them make informed decisions that meet their needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building rapport, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a role where quality, compliance, and customer outcomes are equally important.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll contact customers who have expressed an interest in our services, guiding them through available options and answering any questions they may have.

You'll combine excellent customer service with consultative selling, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information while maintaining the highest standards of FCA compliance.

• Contact customers through outbound calls and email communications
• Explain product features, benefits, and suitability in a clear and professional manner
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey
• Manage customer enquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels
• Accurately maintain customer records using CRM and internal systems
• Identify potentially vulnerable customers and follow appropriate processes
• Meet individual and team KPI, quality, and sales targets
• Ensure all conversations and customer interactions remain fully compliant
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider department
• Support continuous improvement and adapt to changing business requirements

• Previous experience within an outbound sales, telesales, contact centre
• Strong telephone-based communication skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and influence customers positively
• Experience recording and maintaining accurate customer information
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and quality standards

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible team player with strong problem-solving abilities

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Rotational weekend requirement of one day per weekend rota
• Day off in lieu provided during the following week
