Sales Advisor - New Build Housing

Location: WMarket Harborough Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + £70,000 OTE Hours: Thursday - Monday, 10am-5pm Type: Permanent | Full‑Time Development Size: 2, 3, 4 and 5‑bed homes | Approx. 150 units

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a leading residential developer on the launch of their flagship development in Market Harborough.

This is a key front‑of‑house role on a high‑profile site, and we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running, confidently manage a busy sales environment, and deliver exceptional customer service from day one.

The Role
* Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation
* Conducting professional and engaging show home viewings
* Maintaining high presentation standards across the sales area
* Building strong relationships with prospective buyers
* Working towards sales targets and supporting a successful site launch
* Providing accurate information on availability, pricing, and build progress
