Work Strata are currently recruiting Sales Advisors to join a well-known Telecoms and Internet provider at its bustling call centre based in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:
- As a member of the sales team, your duties will include:
- Speaking to customers over the phone and talking them through our clients' products and services
- Ensuring upselling ensuring that the customer is getting the best possible service
- Liaising with customers in a professional and polite manner
- Ensuring individual KPIs are met
- Working as part of a team to ensure team targets are hit each week/month

Pay from:
£26,116 - £26,738 per annum with uncapped commission
Shifts:
37.5 hours per week
Between 8am-9pm Mon – Fri
Between 8am – 8pm Weekends
Weekends are based on a team rota, and every weekend will not be necessary
