This is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual as the role will grow to support the CEO to manage sales staff across 3 continents!
As the Sales and Commercial Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO, Sales team and senior management, helping to turn customer enquiries into quotations, quotations into orders, and ensuring everything is properly coordinated through to delivery. You'll deal with UK and international customers and work closely with internal teams including Production, Technical, Purchasing and Aftersales.

- A varied role with direct involvement across the commercial operation
- Preparing and progressing customer quotations, including pricing and product specifications.
- Supporting the Sales team with customer enquiries and opportunities.
- Processing and coordinating customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.
- Ensuring commercial and technical information is accurate and complete.
- Liaising with Production, Technical, Purchasing and Aftersales teams.
- Supporting international customers, including freight quotations and shipping arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring enquiries and quotations are followed up.
- Monitoring opportunities and making sure actions are completed.
- Supporting senior management with commercial priorities and new opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing a professional, responsive service.
We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware and proactive, with the confidence to take ownership rather than simply pass tasks on.
- At least 2 years' experience in sales administration, commercial coordination, customer service, order processing or a similar office-based role.
- Experience preparing quotations and/or processing customer orders.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems.
- Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with pricing, specifications and delivery information.
- A practical, common-sense approach to problem solving.
- The confidence to work independently and take ownership of your workload.
