We are currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join a friendly and customer-focused retail team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced store environment, building relationships with customers and working as part of a supportive team.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting the smooth running of the store.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm, friendly and engaging welcome to every customer.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.

• Supporting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable advice.

• Driving sales and supporting the team to achieve store KPIs and targets.

• Replenishing stock and ensuring products are presented to the highest standard.

• Supporting with deliveries, stock management and general store operations.

• Keeping the store clean, organised and commercially presented.

• Representing the brand professionally at all times.
