Respond promptly and professionally to initial customer enquiries by phone and email.
Triage enquiries against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria and conduct discovery conversations to assess commercial fit.
Book qualified prospects onto calls with the Commercial Director.
Filter out low‑quality opportunities early while ensuring every enquirer receives a professional experience.
Historic Inquiry Review
Review enquiries from the past two years to identify prospects worth revisiting.
Re‑engage dormant or previously unconverted prospects where there’s renewed commercial fit.
Record findings, outcomes, and recommendations in the CRM.
Prospecting & Market Development
Research and identify new prospects with 3PL needs (warehousing, fulfilment, and distribution).
Build and maintain target account lists focused on high‑growth eCommerce brands.
Support outbound campaigns and initial outreach by phone and email.
Sales Process Coordination
Coordinate early‑stage sales processes across teams.
Gather inputs for proposals and pricing.
Ensure commercial and operational alignment.
