C2 Recruitment is looking for a confident, energetic Sales & Brand Ambassador to represent a growing food brand across Costco locations in London and the surrounding areas.

This isn't a role where you simply stand behind a sampling table.

You'll be the face of the brand, actively engaging Costco customers, introducing them to the product and turning conversations and samples into sales.

The Role

Working Thursday to Sunday, you'll travel between Costco locations across London and the surrounding areas, taking ownership of your stand and driving sales throughout the day.

You'll be responsible for:

• Setting up and packing down your brand stand

• Proactively approaching and engaging customers

• Delivering product samples and explaining the brand story and key selling points

• Turning customer interest into sales

• Working towards daily sales and performance targets

• Managing stock, equipment and product availability

• Keeping your stand looking professional and fully stocked

• Building strong relationships with Costco teams

• Recording sales performance and customer feedback

• Identifying what works at different locations and using it to improve results

• Occasionally supporting other locations when required

Who We're Looking For

You'll need to be someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people. You won't be waiting for customers to come to you - you'll be confident starting conversations and creating sales opportunities.

You'll be:

• Confident, outgoing and engaging

• Naturally sales-focused and motivated by targets

• Friendly, energetic and enthusiastic

• A strong communicator

• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently

• Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day

• Flexible and happy travelling between Costco locations

• Interested in food, brands and customer experience

• A full UK driving licence holder with your own car and happy to drive regularly as part of the role

Experience in sales, retail, field sales, product sampling, promotions or brand ambassador work would be useful, but we're just as interested in personality, confidence and a natural ability to sell.
