Duties

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Present product features and benefits clearly, demonstrating strong communication skills
Negotiate prices and terms confidently to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills
Drive B2B (business-to-business) sales by establishing professional relationships with corporate clients
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other sales platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized in a busy environment
Knowledge of B2B sales processes is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if needed
