Sales Consultant in Welshpool, Sir Powys

Opus Vitae are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant role in the Welshpool area.

The position is based in Welshpool for a long-standing prestigious client.

The role itself is a Sales Estimator, with it warranting current client management & on-boarding new & prospective customers through the sales journey.

4 day working week, covering 40 hours.

The Role

As a Sales Estimator, you’ll provide accurate, timely quotations and help drive sales through exceptional customer service, technical insight, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret incoming enquiries, technical specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and formal bids.
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract handover.
• Update CRM systems and help achieve team sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator with commercial awareness and confidence in client interactions.
• Keen to build a career in sales within a technical or engineering-based environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings (essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
• Experience in estimating or technical sales (preferred but not essential).
