About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join a leading residential property developer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality developments, helping customers find their ideal home while delivering an outstanding buying experience from initial enquiry through to completion.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
-Maintain the sales office and show areas to an exceptional standard at all times.
-Develop a thorough understanding of each development's unique selling points and adapt sales strategies throughout the sales cycle.
-Monitor the local property market and competitor activity to position developments effectively.
-Manage and maintain the customer database to maximise sales opportunities.
-Proactively generate new sales leads alongside marketing-generated enquiries.
-Use telephone, virtual appointments and digital sales tools to engage prospective buyers.
-Apply effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Progress customer reservations through to legal completion.
-Proactively manage the sales pipeline, identifying and reducing the risk of cancellations.
-Deliver a seamless customer journey throughout the purchasing and legal process.
-Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with purchasers.
-Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
-Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and in line with reporting requirements.
-Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
-Represent the business professionally at all times.
-Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
-Promote the use of recommended independent financial advisers and solicitors where appropriate.

-Experienced within the residential property or property development sector.
-Knowledgeable about the home buying process and legal progression.
-Confident conducting virtual viewings and customer appointments via video platforms such as Zoom.

Working Hours
This is a full-time office-based position with standard working hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, with core hours between 9:00am – 4:00pm.
