Description

• Manage and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records within the company database.
• Prepare and generate sales reports and other administrative documents as required.
• Assist the sales team with scheduling and organising client meetings or calls.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Support the customer service department in achieving performance targets and maintaining high service standards.

Profile

A successful Sales Coordinator should have:

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
