Sales Coordinator

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 3:00pm Friday
Contract: Permanent, following successful completion of probation

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support key customer relationships and ensure a seamless order management process.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day administration and customer communications
  • Process and track customer orders from receipt through to delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for major OEM customer accounts
  • Liaise with production and shipping teams to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Maintain CRM systems, pricing information and customer records
  • Prepare customer invoices and delivery documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvements within order management processes

 

Skills & Experience Required

 

  • 2-5 years' experience within sales support, account coordination or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of sales administration processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems would be advantageous
  • HubSpot experience beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn
