Sales Coordinator
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £36k + Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will manage existing accounts, support new business development and help drive continued growth across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and act as a key point of contact.
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers.
- Produce accurate quotations and process sales orders.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and retention.
- Support territory sales development and new business activity.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Research and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve enquiries efficiently.
- Support sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales, account management or customer service role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Positive, driven and adaptable approach to work.
- Competent IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A-Level education or equivalent experience.
