We're looking for an Internal Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive team in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career and develop their skills in a professional environment.

You don't need extensive experience, attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what really matter.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting customers and helping to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email

• Building positive customer relationships

• Preparing and sending quotations

• Coordinating customer orders and deliveries

• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records

• Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administration

• Managing and prioritising your workload

• Learning new systems, processes and product

• Taking on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develops

This role would suit someone who is early in their career and keen to learn and develop.

You could be a recent school, college or university leaver, or have some previous experience in:

• Customer service

• Administration

• Retail

• Sales

• Coordination

• A similar customer-facing role
