What You Will Do:
- Maintain and update accurate CRM data and dialogue reports, ensuring sales activity remains well organised and measurable.
- Communicate the company's services and solutions effectively, turning knowledge into confident conversations.
- Be directed by marketing to book 20 meetings per month for the Business Development Manager, with a clear focus on relevance and quality.
- Identify key decision makers and develop new, relevant contacts through consultative, relationship-driven outreach.
- Create professional, accurate emails and messaging that reflect expertise and consistency.
- Plan time effectively to manage workload, attend training and coaching, and continuously build capability.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience of at least 12 months in a similar B2B sales or sales support role, ideally building pipelines through outreach and engagement.
- A confident, professional communication style, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong MS Office skills and the ability to maintain high standards in CRM administration.
- GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, with a practical approach to data and reporting.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to listen, follow direction, and act with initiative.
