Your responsibilities will include:
• Reaching out to prospective customers by phone, email and other channels to generate new business opportunities.

What’s the Most Challenging Thing About This Role
It's a busy role with a lot to keep on top of. You could be following up on new enquiries one minute and speaking with a customer who's thinking about cancelling the next. You'll need to stay organised, manage multiple priorities and remain positive when conversations don't always go your way.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Experience in a B2B sales, customer service or account management role.
• The confidence to build rapport quickly and have great conversations with customers.
• The ability to stay calm and professional when handling objections or more challenging discussions.
• Strong organisational skills, with a good eye for detail and confidence using CRM systems to manage your work.
• Experience using tools such as Salesforce, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• A positive, resilient approach and the motivation to work towards targets.
• The ability to juggle multiple enquiries and priorities without losing focus.
• Confidence discussing renewals, retention and customer cancellations in a professional and empathetic way.
We know it’s not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the role’s location by the start of their employment.
