Sales Director

The role will be to head up the Sales Function for a national B2C Business that operate withn the Home Improvement Sector.

You will be responsible for driving sales across a netwok of sales representatives and managers, developing strategies to increase leads and providing training and support to your teams to ensure that conversions are maximised. You will take complete ownership of the direct in-house sales function that will include building management teams, putting procedures and processes in place to drive a sucecssful sales culture, including reporting and data systems to measure performance and KPi's whilst ensuring your teams are motivated, rewarded and coached effectively.
