Location: Ipswich (Hybrid – 3 days office/customer visits, 1/ 2 days working from home)
Salary: £85,000 – £95,000 + 30% Bonus + £650 per month Car Allowance + Business Mileage

Sales Director – A True Sales Leadership Opportunity

We're recruiting for a Sales Director to lead a successful precast concrete business based in Ipswich. This is a strategic, sales-driven leadership role for someone who has built their career within precast concrete or the wider construction sector and has a proven track record of driving sales growth.

This is not a technical or operations-led position we're looking for a commercially focused Sales Director who thrives on winning business, developing teams, and delivering ambitious growth.

The Role

You'll have overall responsibility for leading three specialist divisions:

• Flooring
• Retaining Walls
• Bespoke Precast

Managing teams across Sales, Estimating and Commercial, you'll develop and execute the sales strategy, identify new market opportunities, strengthen key customer relationships, and inspire your teams to exceed targets.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Previous experience as a Sales Director (or equivalent senior sales leadership role).
• Strong background within Precast Concrete or the Construction industry.
• Proven ability to deliver sustained sales growth and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Commercially astute with excellent strategic and leadership skills.
• Strong relationship builder with key contractors, developers, consultants and clients.
