Sales & Dispatch Executive (Equestrian and Sporting Apparel)

Our client is a long-established supplier of bespoke sporting apparel and custom clothing, recognised for its focus on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail, serving customers throughout the UK and Europe.
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Dispatch Executive to join their North Oxfordshire-based team. This is a varied, customer-focused role covering the full order journey, from responding to initial enquiries and processing sales orders through to coordinating production, checking quality and arranging final dispatch.
Working closely with the department manager and wider production team, you will help ensure orders progress smoothly and customers receive a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and responsive service to customers via telephone and email.
- Process sales orders accurately and maintain up-to-date customer information.
- Coordinate with the workshop to schedule orders into production.
- Help ensure completed garments meet the required quality standards prior to dispatch.
- Organise packaging, dispatch and courier bookings.
- Proactively track deliveries and keep customers informed of progress.
- Support after-sales service, including handling returns and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Manage multiple orders and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
About You - To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confidence using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work independently when required, including one day each week when the line manager is not in the office.
- Knowledge or previous experience of dispatch and shipping processes would be advantageous.
Package and Benefits: In addition to a salary of c. £27,000 per annum (DOE), the package includes:

- Location: Rural Bicester, Oxfordshire (OX25) and Office-Based
- Salary: c. £27,000 per annum (DOE)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
