As a trusted advisor to your customers, you'll play a key role in developing new business, nurturing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth within your region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer accounts.
• Promoting Andrews Sykes' industry-leading HVAC and climate control solutions.
• Conducting site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Building strong relationships with contractors, facilities managers, consultants, and end users.
• Preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales opportunities.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure exceptional customer delivery.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience in HVAC, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, building services, or technical sales.
• A proven track record in business development, account management, or solution selling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering results.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective technical solutions.
• Self-motivated, organised, and driven to succeed.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
