Sales Estimator Required!
Our client is a family-owned business with over 30 years of success as a leading manufacturer and distributor of window and door hardware.
On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a accurate, commercially minded individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely quotations.
Package:
- Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm FULLY OFFICE BASED.
- Company pension scheme
- Salary £25,000
- Opportunity to join company health scheme
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Sales Estimator - Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders
- Following up quotes to secure potential sales
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate quotation information
- Sending product samples and information to customers
- Supporting the sales team during busy periods
- Building knowledge of the company's product range
Sales Estimator - Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or estimating role
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach to customer service and sales opportunities
- Experience within construction, trade, hardware or building products is advantageous
