Car Sales Executive – Main Dealership
Location: Newbury
Salary: Basic £18k, OTE £55k
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pms (Day off in week). Saturday's 8.30am – 5.30pm, 1 in 2 Sundays 10am to 4pm)  

The Role

Duties

• Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a premium dealership experience

• Handle vehicle finance, add-ons, and warranty upselling

• Maintain accurate customer contact and deal records in the CRM system

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up leads

• Develop detailed product knowledge across all manufacturer vehicles

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a main dealership or automotive retailer

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Target-driven and motivated to deliver results

• Confident with digital enquiry systems and finance processes

• Full UK Driving Licence essential
