Your Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

You’re already confident in sales — now you’re ready to take it to the next level.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A driven, competitive mindset with a hunger to succeed
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Confidence using CRM systems and managing your own pipeline
  • A professional, resilient, and self-motivated approach
  • Availability to work full-time in the Dartford/Bexley office
