We’re looking for a Sales Executive to help drive our national growth across Driver Risk Management (DRM) Division — this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your pipeline, win new business, and play a key role in shaping our continued success.
The role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the sales journey — from identifying opportunities through to closing deals.
You’ll be central to driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales in both B2C and B2B environments, is motivated by targets, and wants the autonomy to make things happen.
What you’ll be doing?
In a Sales Executive role, you will:
- Own and grow revenue across DRM products and services
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Proactively generate new business through calls, emails, events, and meetings
- Maximise opportunities from marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Forecast performance and track progress against targets
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Ensure a smooth and professional handover post-sale
This is a hybrid role with occasional travel and overnight stays where required.
What we’re looking for?
To succeed as a Sales Executive, you will ideally bring:
- Proven success in a consultative B2B sales role
- A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing your own pipeline and full sales cycle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-driven
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (not essential):
Experience in Driver Risk Management, transport/logistics, driver compliance, or training solutions. Industry contacts or knowledge of licence acquisition or advanced driver training would be beneficial — but we’ll provide full training.
